I went to the retreat to switch off and actually found that I really connected to myself. It was a really beautiful experience, with wonderful positive energy around, excellent people and the first of many weekends to come.
The practices of meditation, mindfulness and yoga are excellent, and give you the chance to learn new things, to share with people of similar interests, and to realise that you can disconnect from the outside world, and live mindfully (in my case 2 whole days without a mobile, a real achievement!).

yin yoga 2014-present.
Coming to Amanda´s yin class is always a moment of pure joy, a gift to myself. I was introduced to yin yoga by Amanda four years ago, and have since become a fervent follower of yin...and of Amanda! Yin has become a precious tool in times of stress, a moment when I allow myself to be still, and reconnect with my body.
Amanda is a wonderful, passionate and dedicated teacher. She brings a mix of bright energy, peace and generosity to every class and workshop. Her presence is always soothing. Someone once called her 'our angel with blond curls'...so true!!!
