Marian McGinnity retreat 2018, 2019.

Our morning sessions of Meditation & Hatha-Vinyasa yoga were very therapeutic for my low back pain/ache.  The evening sessions of Meditation + Yin Yoga were spectacular in the sun-drenched room. I learned so much more about Yin yoga. The carefully selected poems added yet more meaning to the practices.

Our early morning silent Meditation in the open air overlooking the idilic countryside was very special.  I would totally recommend Amanda’s retreat. She is gifted at doing this type of “work”.
