I went to the retreat to switch off and actually found that I really connected to myself. It was a really beautiful experience, with wonderful positive energy around, excellent people and the first of many weekends to come.

The practices of meditation, mindfulness and yoga are excellent, and give you the chance to learn new things, to share with people of similar interests, and to realise that you can disconnect from the outside world, and live mindfully  (in my case 2 whole days without a mobile, a real achievement!).

THANK YOU AMANDA for your energy, and everything you transmit in your classes. I simply cannot describe just how much they mean to me.
